You can purchase more minutes at any time of the reading, but somewhere near the end of the reading - I will notify and let you know that we are coming to a close, and that you have a minute or two left. At that time, you can simply choose to close the reading - or you may opt to continue, and request to purchase more time - which we would just move to the next level of billing. I would also like to add that the few minutes that it does take for me to re-authorize your card is used as part of my service - and NOT part of your purchased minutes. Your purchased minutes are all yours to use! Can I Get a Reading Though A Chat Messaging Service? Of course! I am quite flexible, and chatting is fine with me. I dont offer it on the site - as I think that sometimes it's a slower process when trying to get your point across, because while I would still be trying to finish my answer - chatters are usually eager to ask the next question before I am through - and the conversation can get alittle confusing. But if this is something you would like to do, I have no problem with it. The additional number that I offer as a back-up service when I am not available, which is also based in the US, so you can have complete confidence that your call will be based in the US - with no scams attached. I am not seeking to become rich, but I do feel that my time is definitely worth something. (Especially when I saw what the hospital charged me for one aspirin and a a band-aid!) Doing a proper reading is time and energy consuming and can literally drain you. A reading is a service - and is like any other type of service that you might purchase. These aren't as personal as a personalized reading with one on one conversation - but you might find them to be of use until you do decide to have a real reading. Am I Able to Save and Bank Unused Minutes? At this time, I don't offer that option - and ask that you plan your time accurately for your reading. Tracking everyone's time and adding their unused minutes to an account would take more time, and eventually an extra hand of a bookkeeper. Planning your time correctly so that you will not be interrupted for your reading, makes life easier on me - and also keeps my rates fair and affordable. I understand that an emergency can happen - and when it does - I will make an exception, and allow you to use those unfinished minutes... but it would need to be later - that very same day. Your Scheduled Hours Aren't Convenient For My Schedule. How Can I Get a Reading? Just contact me, whether it's through an email or a brief phone call. If you want to talk other hours than what my schedule offers - usually you can simply try my number. If I am available, I will pick up. (Sagittarians are usually pretty reliable at enjoying change.) Can I Send You Cash in the Mail? Sorry, I don't accept cash in the mail. Occasionally letters and mail that contain payment get lost, I do not want to be responsible for your loss. Besides, paying direct either through a phone call or through online billing is much quicker, safer, and more professional. I like everything to be legit for you, and for me. Plus, I don't want to be associated with some of the scams out there who have accepted cash privately - and then disappeared. I prefer to handle myself and clients in a friendly, business manner with good service, to the best of my ability. If you dont have a credit card, I will accept a check - but it will need to have 10 days to clear - before I perform the reading.Basically if a check would get lost in the mail - you have the ability to cancel it so it doesnt get abused. You dont have the same option with cash, which is the same reason that I don't accept cash. Can I Ask You Anything That I Want? As long as you follow the terms of the service - sure, you can ask anything that you want. As mentioned in the disclaimer (see Starcana.com Terms of Service HERE) I do not answer questions revolving about health and medicine (your health is part of the plans of the Gods, and this is definitely out of my league) although I can let you know what parts of the body are ruled by specific astrological signs. I also do not give financial or legal advice (but with Casual Neptune laid back in my house of money.... I don't think you would benefit from my financial advice LOL - as I am not a materialistic or power hungry person). Although one does need to pay the bills, I believe that there are alot more important things in life than money and being number one. I also do not contact the dead, or look for missing persons. Although sample readings aren't a must - sometimes it helps to know their style. Know their limitations, like how I mention that "I don't do dead people" upfront - so I don't waste your time and money by calling me for that specific area. It's good to start off with a small reading first to see if you and the reader can make a genuine connection. It's always good practice to write your questions and concerns down first on a piece of paper - before the reading. Be upfront with what you want and expect from your reading. If you don't know - then let me take the lead. Can I Just Get The Truth (instead of you sugarcoating it) When I Get a Reading? Yes, you can get just the truth - and when you receive an authentic tarot reading - you should expect to hear the truth. I don't sugar-coat my readings with "you'll live happy-ever-after". I basically tell you what I feel, and more importantly, what I see in the cards. I tell you the hope and dreams that seem like the solution to all your problems - and I remind you of the specific obstacles that lie ahead. If I don't feel that special person as "the one" I will tell you. If I feel this special person has history to cause you worry, I will do my best to prepare you for it. But always expect the truth when you get a reading. But remember.... what one's truth is - is one's interpretation. What Is Your Specialty? Specialty as in skills? Hmmm... some of it go so hand in hand - it's hard to separate. I grew up on zodiac personalities and sun signs, and have a natural talent for clairaudience, but I think tarot is the most interesting. Astrology is scientific and factual - where tarot is more psychological, and it allows the imagination and third eye to go beyond what stands there infront of you.
