The Elemental Purpose of the Water God and
Water Goddess...
The Water elements are extremely sensitive
souls. They are natural Healers. The Water
God and Water Goddess are intuitive and vulnerable
to what they feels... inside themselves -
and their surroundings. They feel and experience
dreams, compassion, love, joy, sadness, fear,
and all known emotional energy.
These are my own original interpretations
for the Court Cards, along
with my creative
descriptions of the elements
and the astrology

brings us a sense of serenity
and peace..
and like the sea, it is
beautiful, yet fierce,
as well as ever-changing.
Water has a goal,
and it is to feel, to touch,
and to experience.
Just looking at them, you
too, will learn
to experience and understand
how connected
they are to all of life's
fluid, and its
fullness by acknowledging
their soft, fleshy
skin, their full, spongy
lips, and their
large watery eyes. Neptune

(Scorpio) and the Moon
(Cancer) are the Water
God and Water Goddess. Whether in work or play... the Water element

Water signs always bring their water and
their emotions into their surroundings, and
into yours. Unless there is a fine balance
- they either are known for exposing their
sensitivity, or burying what they feel. Water
rules sensitivity and emotions, and its elements
find it necessary to "touch" or
"feel" what is going on around
them. This can be both physical or emotional.
Too much fluid or feelings can make some
water signs appear to be moody, needy, or
controlling. Water is naturally a deep and
cool element, and it is also tasty, moist,
soothing, intriguing and beautiful. Too much
water or emotions can be forceful, stormy,
tormented, overwhelming, and dangerous. But
on a balanced energy - their intention is
always good and meaningful, as they are care-givers.
Trying to control a Water God or Water Goddess
- can be like trying to control the forceful
ocean while sitting in a rowboat. Water is
strong and focused on what others do and

Calming those tidal waves and raw emotions
does not happen instantly or easily. It takes
alot of time until Water is able to control
their own fury. Like the sea, the Water God
and Goddess are serene and gentle... but
under pressure, they represent the Perfect
Storm, consuming and destructive. Should
you hurt them or their feelings, they will
become revengeful, vowing to wipe out anyone
or anything that stands in their path. Like the captain of his ship, the captain
doesn't try to test or
challenge the strength
of the waters, but accept
that it is easier
to go down with the ship
- rather than to
fight. He understands and appreciates the overwhelming
depth and it's dangerous
force. Water is
to be enjoyed - but also
respected. Water
God and Water Goddess need
love, and you
need to really communicate
and express that
if you REALLY want to know
them. Like the
seas, they are deep, mysterious,
and always
pressured by some sort
of outside influence.
They are constantly changing
their unsteady
moods, and their rough
seas always seem to
be brewing something deep
inside of them...
which eventually rises
to the top. Changing
WITH their bouncy emotions,
will make the
rough waters alittle easier
to deal with
until the storm ends. They
offer unconditional
love and understanding,
but if you don't
appreciate what they offer
- their waters
will dry up, as they turn
off the their faucet....
to walk away and replenish
what they feel
you have taken advantage
of them.

Water needs direct information and honest
emotions, not mixed feelings.
Swaying back
and forth with feelings,
can make Water and
those involved seasick
and wobbly.... not
to mention unstable, insecure
and highly
irritable. Intuition -
is their antennae
for getting around on a
daily basis, and
this invisible energy zone
will lead them
to either feel safe...
or suspicious. Water
has the ability to sense
others and their
motivations. They also

Goddess find a way
to be there, whether you
want them to - or
not. You can't close a
door, or shut a window
to block water from entering
your life, or
your soul. Perhaps you
can temporarily -
but understand that they
will find a way
to seep into the holes
and cracks that you
forgot to block. Water
needs to "touch"
others, as well as to be
"touched"
by others. Their energy
is strong and powerfully
healing, but like the tidal
waves - their
dramatic lives and intensity
can be incredibly
devouring.... drawing you
into their high-strung
tempers and emotional soap
opera lifestyle.
If you are not a human
life-preserver.. you
might end up drowning in
their sea of hopes
and fears. Like the Fire
and Air Gods - Water
also roars, and their very,
very good at
it. Cancers, Scorpios, and Pisces are all Water
signs. They can appear
to be reserved, withdrawn,
and at peace like the ocean
on a calm day
- but should you ignore
what they are all
about, and what they are
feeling deep down
inside - their roar can
be eerie, loud and
mighty. The ocean is quite
capable of lashing
out anger and destroying
you for lack of
appreciation and respect.
Water appears to
be serene and peaceful...
but only on the
surface. To understand
that, alll you need
to do is try and find a
stable or secure
spot to stand on water...
and you will quickly
sink, and see the depth
of their deceiving
illusion - and their tranquil
surface quickly
turns into threatened vulnerability
and rapid
danger. Water elements
thrive to feel appreciated
and respected for all that
they have invested
into you... to understand
and knock down
any false barriers, so
that they may allow
their waters to flow once again.
Water, as the other elements,
can not exist
on it's own. These original

and eventually evaporated
into thin air -
resulting in complete darkness
and coldness.
For example, Earth signs
provide stability
for water to rest and exist
upon. Fire signs
warm water to increase
its temperature, as

Air signs dissolve into
water, allowing it
to breathe and shift in
many directions.
On the flip side... too
much fire, earth,
or air can force water
to vaporize into absolutely
nothing. Their intuitive

become worn, cracked,
or over-worked - completely
unaware that
their tools aren't working
correctly. This
is when they begin to less
trusting, assuming
the worst, and allowing
jealousy, fear, and

understand that when water
is calm or forceful

Your Cancer God and Goddess is cardinal energy, and the King of Cups,
as the DOER and INITIATOR
who is action and
the mover. They are
the worker who physically
completes their water

They are powerful and self-sufficient, which
